“My daughter is a runner and needed to start strength work and my son is a swimmer - also needing strength work.”
Susan S. · Google review

Who it’s for

  • Track and field athletes who want more speed, strength and power
  • Athletes getting ready for high school sport
  • Beginners — many start having never lifted a weight
  • Multi-sport athletes who also compete in track and field

How we train it

Every athlete starts with a baseline and is retested as often as weekly, and parents see the numbers in the Universal Speed Rating app. Our guarantee: at least 1 mph faster and 2–3 inches higher on the vertical in 90 days — or your training is on us.

01

Speed.

Timed on the gates.

Acceleration, top speed and change of direction, measured so progress is visible.

02

Strength.

Technique before load.

Foundational strength first, then loaded progressions as the athlete earns them.

03

Power.

Explosive lower body.

Jumps and explosive work, tested on the approach and standing vertical.

In Coach Aaron’s words

“The last two things we’ll do is the approach vertical and the standing stationary vertical. We like to see linear movement, lateral movement, and then lower body power.”

We were looking for a place to help my 10 yr old son increase his speed. We liked the small class sizes and total training Premier Performance provides. He is getting stronger, his speed is steadily increasing and he is growing in confidence.

I have trained with Aaron a good amount through high school and he has helped build strength, speed, and to put on muscle.

My son is a Fall/Spring HS athlete, so the offseason workouts drastically improved his strength and speed.
