Speed, Strength & Power · Ages 8–18

Speed, strength and power, measured from day one.

Training by age group for athletes 8–18, starting from a baseline we measure and retested as often as weekly.

What we train

01

Speed.

Timed on the gates.

Acceleration, top speed and change of direction, measured so progress is visible.

02

Strength.

Technique before load.

Foundational strength first, then loaded progressions as the athlete earns them.

03

Power.

Explosive, and on the field.

Jumps, throws and explosive work that carries over to game day.
