The Assessment · Free · 45 minutes
Your athlete’s baseline, in 45 minutes.
A free, 45-minute assessment of sprint speed, agility and jump. You’ll see where your athlete stacks up against beginner, advanced and college-level numbers.
- Step 01
10-yard fly sprint
After a warm-up, a 10-yard fly sprint, timed on the gates, measures top speed.
- Step 02
5-10-5 agility
The 5-10-5 agility drill measures change of direction.
- Step 03
Vertical jump
A standing vertical jump measures lower-body power.
- Step 04
Approach jump
The approach jump measures lower-body power too. Every result is compared against beginner, advanced and college-level numbers.
In Coach Aaron’s words
“The last two things we’ll do is the approach vertical and the standing stationary vertical. We like to see linear movement, lateral movement, and then lower body power.”
