“Having dealt with chronic back pain and leg conditioning issues for many years, Aaron’s very specific training regimen is bringing me back to strength and pain free living.”
Who it’s for
- Adults 45+ living with joint or back pain
- People with arthritis or an old injury
- People finishing physical therapy
- Anyone whose doctor or physical therapist has cleared them to get stronger
I was skeptical, because I have severe arthritis in my hands and feet, and weight training has always made that worse. Aaron has been able to work around my physical limitations, and I am now much stronger.
We coach — we don’t diagnose or treat. We work alongside your doctor or physical therapist, and ask for medical clearance when your history calls for it.

After suffering a back injury a few years back, Aaron has been a blessing. He pushes just the right amount while always making sure that I stay safe with my form. I have become stronger with no setbacks form my last injury.
Most importantly I have stayed injury free, and my body does not ache of old injuries each morning I wake up.
I had a couple prior injuries to manage and he elevated my workouts to help me achieve maximum levels of strength while being mindful of my limitations.
