College Prep · Ages 16–18
Speed, strength and power at a higher level.
Ages 16–18 is for athletes getting ready for college sport. We test your athlete first, teach every lift before it’s loaded, and build speed, strength and power at a higher level.
“I highly recommend the high-school training program. My son really looks forward to going to his weekly group classes. He is getting stronger and learning proper techniques.”
Who it’s for
- Athletes getting ready for college sport
- Players getting ready for the season — and staying strong during it
- Athletes who already lift at school — we adjust the program around it
- Beginners — many start having never lifted a weight
My son is a Fall/Spring HS athlete, so the offseason workouts drastically improved his strength and speed.
- Step 01
Test
A free, 45-minute assessment of sprint speed, agility and jump sets your athlete’s baseline.
- Step 02
Teach
Every lift is taught before it’s loaded. For athletes who already lift at school, we adjust the program around it.
- Step 03
Build
Speed, strength and power at a higher level, progressing as technique earns it, in groups of up to 8 athletes per coach.
- Step 04
Retest
Progress is retested as often as weekly, and parents can follow their athlete’s numbers in the Universal Speed Rating app. Our guarantee: at least 1 mph faster and 2–3 inches higher on the vertical in 90 days — or your training is on us.
In Coach Aaron’s words
“So we like to give a 90 day window for your athlete to run at least one mile per hour faster. […] And we’d like to see a two to three inch vertical increase in that 90 day window.”

I have trained with Aaron a good amount through high school and he has helped build strength, speed, and to put on muscle.
I’m only a month in but I can confidently say that I will continue to train with Aaron until I go to college.
Aaron has really helped me with gaining strength specific for baseball. Totally recommend him if you're a high school or college athlete.
My daughter did 3 months of intense training at Premier as she prepped to head off to college to play volleyball. Aaron and the other trainers tailored workouts to address her areas of weakness, and she showed some great improvement even in that short time.
Questions
My athlete already lifts at school. Can they train here too?
Yes. We adjust the program around the lifting they already do at school.
Do you train players during the season?
Yes. Coach Aaron recommends training at least one day a week during the season to hold on to the strength and speed built in the off-season.
What happens at the free assessment?
It takes 45 minutes: a warm-up, a 10-yard fly sprint, the 5-10-5 agility drill, and the vertical and approach jump. You’ll see where your athlete stacks up against beginner, advanced and college-level numbers.
How big are the groups?
Up to 8 athletes per coach, sometimes with a support coach helping with form and technique.
How often should my athlete train?
You can start at one day a week. Coach Aaron sees the best results from two days a week.
What is the guarantee?
Guaranteed results in 90 days: at least 1 mph faster and 2–3 inches higher on the vertical — or your training is on us.
