Acceleration, top speed and change of direction, measured so progress is visible.
How it works
Speed, strength and power training by age group, starting from a baseline we measure.
Tell us about your athlete: age and sport. Submitting doesn’t book a time — we’ll text you within 24 hours or less to set one convenient to you.
A free, 45-minute assessment: a 10-yard fly sprint, the 5-10-5 agility drill, and the vertical and approach jump. You’ll see where your athlete stacks up against beginner, advanced and college-level numbers.
Your athlete joins the program for their age: Multi-Sport Foundation (8–12), Competitive Edge (13–15) or College Prep (16–18), in groups of up to 8 athletes per coach.
Progress is retested as often as weekly, and parents can follow their athlete’s numbers in the Universal Speed Rating app. Our guarantee: at least 1 mph faster and 2–3 inches higher on the vertical in 90 days — or your training is on us.

We have seen great gains in her strength/speed/explosiveness in the gym, and also out in the real world.
He is getting stronger, his play has improved dramatically and because he is a growing teenager Aaron seems to focus on making sure he is doing the exercises correctly and avoiding injuries. This has been the best money I have spent on making him a better player.
She is one of the fastest base runners on her team and her contact with the ball has more power behind it due to the strength she has gained from Premier Performance Training.
He attends 2-3 times a week and we have seen him get faster, stronger, and more confident since starting!
It's a great feeling knowing as a parent I can drop my son off at a gym and have no worries that he is safe
These workouts progressed my 40 yard dash time from 4.7 to 4.5 taking 2/10 of a second off which is amazing I’m just as little as 2 months I’ve been going.
