“The one on one time and time and individualized training plan pushed him to the next level as an athlete and he was honored with 6-6A Regional Defensive MVP, TSWA All Region Team and TSWA All State Team this year.”
Who it’s for
It's a great feeling knowing as a parent I can drop my son off at a gym and have no worries that he is safe and has a great life long Coach who wants nothing but for him to succeed.
How we train it
Every athlete starts with a baseline and is retested as often as weekly, and parents see the numbers in the Universal Speed Rating app. Our guarantee: at least 1 mph faster and 2–3 inches higher on the vertical in 90 days — or your training is on us.

First step, acceleration, footwork.
Linear and lateral speed, timed so the gains show up in numbers before they show up on Friday night.
Technique before load.
Foundational strength first, then loaded progressions as the athlete earns them.
Explosive lower body.
Jumps and explosive work, tested on the approach and standing vertical.
In Coach Aaron’s words
“The last two things we’ll do is the approach vertical and the standing stationary vertical. We like to see linear movement, lateral movement, and then lower body power.”
