No. We coach — we don’t diagnose or treat. We work alongside your doctor or physical therapist, and ask for medical clearance when your history calls for it.
What is Coach Aaron’s background with heart conditions?
An internship at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, cardiac and pulmonary rehab, and volunteer work at Vanderbilt. He holds a master’s in exercise physiology from Florida State University.
Which program will I join?
