“My training with Coach Aaron at Premier Performance Training began in March 2025, following five months of PT for hip replacement surgery. Coach Aaron created a program specifically for me.”
Who it’s for
- Hip and knee replacements
- ACL, rotator cuff and other orthopedic surgeries
- Fractures and back injuries
- Anyone whose doctor or physical therapist has cleared them to get stronger
Since I have had both hips and both knees replaced, I need a trainer extremely knowledgeable in orthopedics. I have found the right guy with Aaron. He works to keep the appropriate muscles strong for maximum use and range of motion of my new joints.
We coach — we don’t diagnose or treat. We work alongside your doctor or physical therapist, and ask for medical clearance when your history calls for it.
Trusted by the clinic
As a local Physical Therapist, I trust Aaron with any of my patients.
I have worked with him many times with patients transitioning toward fitness and performance. He has high level of knowledge and passion for what he does. If you’re worried because of previous injury or other barrier, he will take amazing care of you.
Aaron has not only became a good friend but a trusted source to send my clients to, along any spectrum of their rehab process (from coming off a fresh injury or the end of their rehab).

“After undergoing a scope on my knee at age 52 getting back into shape was becoming frustrating and I was losing interest. I began working with Aaron and immediately saw results and more importantly my passion for working out was rekindled.”
The program has helped me regain the strength in my hip, and also focuses on full body strength, flexibility and endurance.
His encouragement, patience and professionalism were the trick! I’m back and it’s because of Aaron!
In addition to PT , a friend recommended Aaron as possibly my next step in my injury recovery and getting me healthier following Covid and surgery. Very positive experience. Always encouraging. Definitely plan to continue. Just what I needed as a next step.
I met Aaron while rehabbing after a knee procedure; he will never have you do anything that is not safe for you to do.
I started with Aaron 4 years ago due to a shoulder injury. I was advised by my Dr. to find someone with experience with “Orthopedic Injuries.” That was exactly what I found!
After suffering a back injury a few years back, Aaron has been a blessing. He pushes just the right amount while always making sure that I stay safe with my form. I have become stronger with no setbacks form my last injury.
