Multi-Sport Foundation · Ages 8–12
The base every sport builds on.
Ages 8–12 is where the base goes in: movement skills, coordination, body control and bodyweight strength. We test your athlete first, then teach the basics of speed, plyometrics and strength training.
“Coach Aaron has been working with my 12 year old son for the past year with age-appropriate strength and agility training, preparing for 6th grade football.”
Who it’s for
- Beginners — many start having never lifted a weight
- Rising third graders through seventh graders
- Athletes who play more than one sport
- Athletes building a foundation for high school sport
We were looking for a place to help my 10 yr old son increase his speed. We liked the small class sizes and total training Premier Performance provides. He is getting stronger, his speed is steadily increasing and he is growing in confidence.
- Step 01
Test
A free, 45-minute assessment of sprint speed, agility and jump sets your athlete’s baseline.
- Step 02
Teach
Movement skills, coordination, body control and bodyweight strength come first. When weights come in, they start light.
- Step 03
Build
The basics of speed, plyometrics and strength training build the foundation, in groups of up to 8 athletes per coach.
- Step 04
Retest
Progress is retested as often as weekly, and parents can follow their athlete’s numbers in the Universal Speed Rating app. Our guarantee: at least 1 mph faster and 2–3 inches higher on the vertical in 90 days — or your training is on us.
In Coach Aaron’s words
“If they are a rising third grader, like my son, typically eight, almost nine years old, all the way up to seventh grade, we have a peak performance program for them to where we’re gonna help teach them the basics of speed, plyometrics and strength training to build that foundation to get them ready for high school.”
