Sports · Golf
Strength and power training for junior golfers ages 8–18, starting from a baseline we measure. Coach Aaron’s team also works with PGA Tour professional Brandt Snedeker.
“I started working with Aaron since I was in 7th grade. Since then he’s helped me put on over 35lbs and 25mph of club head speed.”
Who it’s for
My son wanted to work with Aaron with two goals mind. Hit it longer in golf and become leaner and stronger. Both goals accomplished and more importantly he has learned how to create strength gains at a level that I couldn’t have imagined.
How we train it
Every athlete starts with a baseline and is retested as often as weekly, and parents see the numbers in the Universal Speed Rating app. Our guarantee: at least 1 mph faster and 2–3 inches higher on the vertical in 90 days — or your training is on us.
Timed on the gates.
Acceleration, top speed and change of direction, measured so progress is visible.
Technique before load.
Foundational strength first, then loaded progressions as the athlete earns them.
Explosive lower body.
Jumps and explosive work, tested on the approach and standing vertical.
In Coach Aaron’s words
“The last two things we’ll do is the approach vertical and the standing stationary vertical. We like to see linear movement, lateral movement, and then lower body power.”

“I've been going to Aaron's for about two years now and it's really helped me build muscle and strength.”
“I've been coming to Premier for four or five months. I've been getting stronger and faster.”
Not only have the results shown on the course, but my son is constantly challenged, and more importantly, completely motivated/excited for each session.
I’d highly recommend Aaron and his team at Premier for any middle/HS athlete looking to get faster, stronger and bigger!
I have trained with Aaron a good amount through high school and he has helped build strength, speed, and to put on muscle.
