Home Stretch

We’re in the home stretch of 2022, and before we know it we’ll be ringing in the New Year.


If we were having this conversation one year from now, what would be a huge win that you’d feel really good about when it comes to your health and fitness?


Take a moment to visualize how the accomplishment would look and feel on you.


Maybe you were able to lose 20 pounds and fit into your favorite again.


Maybe you were able to get out of pain so you could enjoy all of your favorite activities and stop getting injured all the time.


Whatever it might be, try to transport yourself physically and emotionally to that place and soak up how great it feels.


Now, ask yourself this: “What would need to happen or change to make my dream a reality?”


Remember: Change doesn’t happen without action and a plan.


Once you understand what needs to change, you can start taking action.


December starts tomorrow, and that means 2023 is right around the corner. It’s a great time to start making some plans.


Plans for the last month of 2022, and for the New Year.


Visualize an outcome you’d be really proud of achieving. 


Now, think about what you’ll need to do in order to get there.
