What does “opening up” mean to you?

So the weather is getting warmer and everyone is getting outside and doing their thing.

This is good. This is unequivocally good.

The world is “opening up” again. But what does that mean to you?

What if you’re stuck late at work and won’t be able to make your gym workout tonight. Does that mean, “Oh, well, no workout today?”

Nope. It shouldn’t. You should be able to get a Zoom, On-Demand or Home Workout in.

Or get outside and do something active with your friend or significant other.

These are things we were “forced” to learn how to do during the 2020 shutdowns. Let’s not forget about them now.

Let’s take the best of what we learned from “shutdown life” and incorporate them into “opening up” life. The options and opportunities are far more than we had before.

Don’t forget: There aren’t two worlds: “shutdown” world and “opening up” world.

There’s just one world, and you, and everything you’ve learned and gotten better at from your experiences.

Do the best you can with what you have … always. And nowadays, we can have the best of both worlds if we just keep our eyes open.
