If anyone watched the Michael Jordan Documentary last night, you might recall a part where he said that all he wanted to do was WIN at all cost. He hated losing so much it made him sick. He would call guys out for not hustling, missing shots, and not playing great defense.

What if we approached our Fitness like this? We just want to WIN the day or WIN at Fitness (Basketball Game)

It could be journaling

Getting your workout in

Reading a book

Cooking your favorite meal

Going for a walk

Making a smoothie

I think if we take one thing and can build on this we can get closer and close to our health and fitness goals. We can have the mindset of WIN and still be on our way to success.

Take it one day at a time and you can be successful.
