Junior Year-Introduction to E

As I sit back and think about the first time I met E, I remember a real tall skinny guy who looked super athletic come into the training facility and greet me with the most pleasant manners. I was thinking, “I don’t really get this kind of pleasant interaction with most High School Students.”

He was soft spoken, but had a real cool laid back personality. I wasn’t sure who I was even talking to. A High School Athlete with manners? Can’t be? But I will tell you one thing, his personality never changed. Through the hard times of being a High School Athlete, being recruited by the Top School in College Football, and preparing for the NFL Combine, nothing changed.

This is what I like most about him. He was personable, knew how to have fun, and also get the work done that needed to be accomplished day in and day out. Whether we were working in the AM/PM or even on the weekends he was also ready to get after it.

After we had talked about about 30min or so, we decided it was best to map out a game plan to get him back in shape after suffering an ankle injury, put on some weight, and also get ready for his Senior Year of Football.

In the coming days and weeks to come, I hope I can shed some light on how you can become better than your competition. Don’t let others dictate who you become. Ill explain as we move forward.
