4 Words You Never Want To Tell Yourself

I have 4 words that I think you should never tell yourself: “I don’t have time.” For me time is a precious thing. I have to spend time with my kids and family, time at work running a business, and more time for other things I like to do.

I feel as if you think you don’t have enough time, you might want to start prioritizing the things that are most important to you. Are you wasting too much time on Social Media. too much time doing things that are not productive, or they just don’t give must meaning to you on a daily basis. There was time where I would spend 30-40 minutes of my day browsing through social media. Turns our most of everything that I was reading wasn’t really giving me anything in return. It was more or less dragging me down and making me angry. \

Starting writing down everything you need to get done in a calendar. Any where from your workouts, to taking the trash out, or even scheduling time in to get the Top 3 things done that you need to on a daily basis. I bet if you delete your social media apps for 3 month and track everything you need to get done more consistently, you will find the lost time in your day and be more productive.

A quick client story about time: I have a client who drive from Tullohoma 1 x week to train with me. For most of you who don’t know, its about a 3 HR round trip for this particular person. He doesn’t make excuses on WHY he can’t come to his workouts weekly, he gets its done. 3 HRS for a 1 HR workout. For some you might think this is a waste of time, but for him, he is determined to get a Collegiate Scholarship to play football at the NEXT LEVEL.

NO matter the circumstances, if you carve it out, it will happen.
