Did You Start?

A couple of weeks ago, I wrote about what it really means to get a “fresh start,” and offered some suggestions for how to get back into a fitness routine.

We’re halfway through the month, so I’m curious … how’s it going for you?

With the kids back in school and summer vacations over, are you where you’d like to be with your fitness and workout routine?

What about your nutrition?

There’s a lot to focus on, I know … there’s always a lot to focus on.

And guess what? Before we know it, it’ll be Halloween … followed closely by Thanksgiving. 

Then, before we know it, 2023.

Time always marches on, whether we’re on board or not.

So if you haven’t started yet … or didn’t get off to the best start despite the best intentions … it isn’t too late.

You can’t make up for lost time … but, you CAN do one thing today that will move you closer to your goal.

One healthy meal.

A walk around the block.

A 10-minute workout of squats, crunches and push-ups.

It doesn’t have to be a triathlon. Just get moving.
