Trust me, I can hear the groans from here …

Swimsuit season? Those are perhaps the two words in the English language that elicit the most anxiety … other than perhaps “death” and “taxes.”

And as I’m sure you agree, we’ve been taxed to the max over the past two years, and unfortunately, the bill is coming due.

Bills always come due.

Isolation. Working from home. Home schooling. Zoom meetings. Masks. More isolation.

For many of us, health and fitness ended up waaaaaaay down on the list.

It’s time to bump it to the top.

There’s still time to get back into an exercise routine and simplify healthy eating choices before the summer months arrive.

I don’t know about you, but I don’t think it would feel good to sit by the pool or go to the beach in my March body … after a winter of hibernation, not to mention two years of inactivity, stress and anxiety.

If you start now, your May/June/July body can be much different. So can your overall health and wellness.

If you wait until the first cloudless, 90-degree day hits, it’ll be too late.

Why not get started now?

What’s one action you can take today that will get you moving closer to your swimsuit body?

Reply back and let me know. I’d be happy to brainstorm with you and see if we can dial that in so you can start moving in the right direction.
