Tomorrow is July 1, and it’s hard to believe we’re already halfway through 2021.


How’s your health and fitness plan going so far?


If you’re not where you want to be, don’t beat yourself up. As difficult a year as 2020 was, pivoting back to a more “normal” way of living and interacting with each other has been, in many ways, equally stressful.


So the halfway point of the year is as good a time as any to take stock. If you’re busy like me and get pulled in a million directions, oftentimes one day bleeds into the next and you’re not even sure what happened.


So I wanted to simplify things for you by posing a question … and asking you to take a moment to respond on a scale of 1-10 (with 10 being “amazing” and 1 being “there’s a lot of work to be done.”)
