[PROTEIN MINI-COURSE]: Super Shakes

Today, I wanted to spend some time on Super Shakes. What's a Super Shake? It's an easy, convenient way to get a serving of protein ... and whatever other goodness you want to include!

All you need is a good blender and a few ingredients. Here's an example of my go-to Super Shake:

12 ounces almond milk (regular milk is fine if you tolerate it well)

2 scoops Isagenix chocolate protein powder (or protein powder of your choice)

1/3 cup frozen strawberries

1/3 cup frozen blueberries

2 tablespoons almond butter

1 fist spinach

Blend it all together and take it with you on the go for a power-packed meal filled with protein, veggies, fruit and healthy fats!
