Emily is a self-proclaimed gym enthusiast with a passion for all things health and wellness. Her diverse background spans undergraduate degrees in Business Operations, Business Economics, and Psychology, along with a Master’s in the Science of Nutrition and Integrative Health. She’s also a certified NeuroCoach, blending science and mindset for a truly unique approach to health.

Emily loves geeking out over health and finding creative, personalized ways to make wellness fun and achievable.

Her philosophy? It’s not about asking, “What do you need to do to be healthy?” Instead, Emily asks, “What kind of life do you want to live?” From there, she helps her clients design a health and wellness plan that supports their dream lifestyle—because health isn’t just a goal; it’s the foundation for the life you’ve always wanted.

Mason Sharp

Mason is a certified strength coach and ACSM-certified exercise physiologist with a passion for helping individuals and athletes alike achieve their fitness and performance goals. With a background as a left-handed pitcher, Mason played two years of baseball at Daytona State College before finishing his collegiate career at Valdosta State University.

Drawing on his athletic experience and extensive training knowledge, Mason specializes in helping adults maintain functional fitness and optimize overall health, while also working with athletes to build a strong foundation for competition and long-term performance. His approach is rooted in a holistic understanding of strength, mobility, and injury prevention, ensuring clients stay healthy and reach their full potential, whether in the gym or on the field.

Bryan Rice-Sport Performance Coach

Bryan Rice, a proud native of Nolensville, Tennessee, has always been a force to be reckoned with on and off the field. A graduate of Ravenwood High School, Bryan made a name for himself as a standout athlete, excelling in football and earning recognition for his leadership, determination, and talent. He was 2x All Region, All State Player, and 2019 Defensive Player of the Year in Williamson County.

His athletic journey continued at the University of West Georgia, where he became a standout player for the Wolves football program. Known for his relentless work ethic, Bryan's college career was marked by numerous accolades and unforgettable performances that left an indelible mark on the program. Bryan graduated in December 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in Criminology.

Today, Bryan channels his passion for sports and personal growth into mentoring and coaching aspiring athletes. Drawing from his own experiences, he is dedicated to helping others unlock their potential, both on the field and in life. With a deep commitment to community, Bryan is proud to give back to the Williamson County area, inspiring the next generation of athletes to dream big and work hard.

Whether he's mentoring young players, sharing his knowledge, or motivating others to pursue their goals, Bryan Rice remains a shining example of perseverance, integrity, and excellence.
