My name is Aaron Hines, and I help Williamson County women and men 45 and up lose unwanted weight, increase their strength, avoid pain and get in the best shape of their lives regardless of past injuries. 


We do it without overcrowded classes, loud dance music, extreme workouts, one-size-fits-all programs, or starvation diets that leave you hungry and cranky all the time.


What I’ve found is that most busy people – especially those 45 and up – are frustrated with the fitness options out there. It’s either extreme workouts that leave them exhausted or injured, boring cardio that gets zero results, or waiting around for equipment and having no plan at the big box gym.


What they really want is a simple, safe program designed specifically for them so they can lose fat, gain strength, improve their flexibility, and avoid pain or come back from an injury better than before.

Here’s How It Works:

You choose how many days you can train and what will fit into your schedule and budget. Then you can come to any workout we have to offer throughout the week whenever your schedule permits. Check out our Small Group Training Class Schedule:

Monday-Friday- 9:00am, 10am, 11am, and 12pm

Tuesday and Thursday- 10am and 12pm, 6pm

Saturday- 8am
