What’s Your Destination?
It’s easy for most of us to visualize our ideal vacation destination. For some, it’s Disney World. Others prefer something tropical, like Aruba or Cancun. A cruise or a week on the beach in Hawaii is vacation perfection for others.
But today, I want to ask you to visualize a different kind of destination.
Where do you want to be a year from now with your body and health?
What’s your physical and emotional destination … and how are you going to reach it?
It’s a little more difficult to visualize this, but it’s a worthwhile exercise. Carve out some quiet time for yourself, close the blinds, close your eyes, and visualize reaching your destination …
and how you’ll look and feel when you do.
How will your clothes fit?
What will your mental outlook be?
On an ideal day, what will you be doing … and who will you be doing it with?
It’s not uncommon to plan a special trip a year in advance. But sometimes, we forget that we’re always on a journey … and if we don’t have a destination in mind, it’s going to be pretty difficult to reach it.
So while I hope you’ll be able to visit your favorite vacation destination again soon, I’d be even happier if you were able to reach a different kind of destination … a health and wellness destination.

Reply back and let me know. Once you have your destination in mind, I’d be happy to offer you some tips on how to reach it.
