Halfway

We’re halfway through April, so I wanted to ask …

How are you doing with your fitness and health?

There’s usually a lot of momentum around the beginning of a month for people to get started with – or restarted with – a fitness program.

But I get it … sometimes things get in the way and you never get started.

Does that mean you just chalk up April to another lost month, and wait until May?

If you’ve been reading my newsletter for awhile, you already know the answer to that question is, “Nope.”

If you keep waiting for the perfect time, it’ll never be here.

If you keep waiting for your circumstances to change, that’ll never happen unless you take action.

If you keep putting it off, then all you’re getting good at is procrastinating.

The most successful people I’ve trained over the years got really good at one thing.

Taking action.

Just starting.

Or, if they’ve gotten into a rut and not been consistent with their workouts or nutrition, they don’t let it spiral out of control. They get back on track … with one workout, or one meal.

And build on that.
