Partnering Up with Jamison Worley Registered Dietitian

Some exciting news to share with everyone at The Next Level Personal Training. We have teamed up with an awesome Registered Dietitian, Jamison Worley to bring you all of your Nutrition needs. I have known her for a few years now and I couldn't be more excited to bring her aboard to offer more great things to clients. We will still offer health coaching in house, but she will take over all of your specific needs. 

A little excerpt from her website, " A local born and raised in Franklin, TN, I started my passion and love for all things nutrition when my mom took me to see Forks Over Knives for a date night when home for break during college. I began to fall in love with utilizing food as FUEL and the overall concept of BEING WELL. I started my journey working with UT's sports dietitian in college helping athletes fuel their bodies for their sport. After college, I migrated up north to Boston for graduate school and my dietetic internship where I fell in love with community nutrition (especially pediatrics) and the world of disordered eating through my time in many rotations that opened my world to utilizing behavior change as counseling. I have been HOME for about 3 years now and have had experience working in: a mental health facility for co-occuring eating disorders, trauma, and substance abuse, an orthopedic and medical-based health and wellness facility, and a clinical outpatient nutrition setting."
